A dangerous attacking player, with the ability to pass, dribble, and score goals, he seems destined for a great future on every level . Lodeiro is already a part of the Uruguay national team, getting 5 caps and  trip to the 2010 World Cup. He was the first player sent off in World Cup (during the first group game against France), and missed the second game due to suspension, but has bounced back impressing in the next few performances. However a right foot fracture ended the midfielders World Cup before the semifinals.
