Nicolás Lodeiro (Ajax)

Description: Looking to follow in countryman Luis Suarez’s footsteps, Lodeiro completed the move to Ajax in 2009, after impressing for Uruguay’s Nacional, where he scored 11 goals in just 41 appearances. A dangerous attacking player, with the ability to pass, dribble, and score goals, he seems destined for a great future on every level . Lodeiro is already a part of the Uruguay national team, getting 5 caps and trip to the 2010 World Cup. He was the first player sent off in World Cup (during the first group game against France), and missed the second game due to suspension, but has bounced back impressing in the next few performances. However a right foot fracture ended the midfielders World Cup before the semifinals.
