Here is a look at and projection of the Napoli side for the 2010-2011 season:
Players In: Edinson Cavani (striker, €17 million), Cristiano Lucarelli (striker, loan), Emílson Cribari (centre back, €500,000), Hassan Yebda (central midfielder, loan), José Ernesto Sosa (right winger, undisclosed fee)
Players Out: Germán Denis (striker, €3 million), Matteo Contini (centre back, €2.2 million), Nicolás Navarro (goalkeeper, free transfer), and those out on loan
Strengths: Strikers, with Edinson Cavani, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Fabio Quagliarella and Cristiano Lucarelli among others, Napoli have a great offensive line. Their centre backs are also good, with Paolo Cannavaro, Fabiano Santacroce, Hugo Campagnaro and Emílson Cribari making up the core.
Weaknesses: Attacking midfielders, Napoli really only have star Marek Hamšík to cover there, and could use another natural player in that position.
Projected Place: 5th
Overall: Napoli have a good team, and if they keep improving, will surely move higher in the rankings.
