Players In: Gaetano D’Agostino (central midfielder, undisclosed co-ownership fee, but rumored to be about €4.5 million), Artur Boruc (goalkeeper, €3.5 million), Felipe (centre back, €5.7 million)

Players Out: Ondřej Mazuch (centre back, €1.3 million), Samuel Di Carmine (striker, €200,000), Massimo Gobbi (left back, free transfer), reserve and academy team players, and those out on loan

Strengths: Goalkeepers, with Sébastien Frey, Artur Boruc, Vlada Avramov and youngster Andrea Seculin, Fiorentina have some of the top goalkeepers in Serie A. Their centre backs are also good, with Alessandro Gamberini, Felipe, Per Krøldrup and Cesare Natali making up the core.

Weaknesses: Attacking Midfielders, Fiorentina do have some players to fill in, but could still use another natural player in that position.

Projected Place: 7th

Overall: Fiorentina have a good team, and could surely finish higher in the rankings, if the team comes together well.
